FRIDAY’S CHALLENGE

Equipment Needed: Mat & Gymboss or Stopwatch

 

Hello CoreCampers,

For today’s challenge we are going to a get a total body workout on the ground. We want to know how long it takes you to do 75 lateral walks down to your belly. Remember to keep your bottom down and go low down to your belly. Let me know your time and what you thought of this challenge. Have fun and good luck!!!
