EIGHTEEN IS ENOUGH WORKOUT

Equipment Needed: Mat, Weights & Gymboss or Stopwatch

 

Hello CoreCampers,

 

 

Exercises That We Will Be Doing:

This workout consists of 6 exercises you will complete 3 times = 18 total exercise

 

1.      3 Squat Jumps/One Quad Touch/Burpee down/3 Pushups/Burpee back up

2.     4 Crab Kicks / Flip Over to 4 Hill Climbers

3.     (5) 1 legged Pushups / Stand up/  1 legged hop—Switch sides each time

4.     Crab Reaches

5.     (4) Prisoner Lunges / (4) Prisoner Lunge Jumps

6.     Up / Down Plank

If you need to, scroll through the video first to familiarize yourself with the form.  You will go through these 6 exercises 3 times, so make sure you are not losing steam as you progress!
