Exercises That We Will Be Doing:

Straight arm plank, knee crosses

Daisy Cutters

Half Jack, alternating weight

Daisy Cutter to down dog pushup

Windmills

Squat/Monkey arms with weights

All fours, reach opp. Foot and hand and then pushup

Weighted Halos

Lunge Jump or front lunges

Pikes

Reverse lunge, then press up

Single leg daisy cutters

Side squat rainbow with weight

Single leg daisy cutters
