BAND CAMP WORKOUT

Equipment Needed: Mat, Band & Gymboss or Stopwatch

Exercises That We Will Be Doing:

Curtsy Lunge & Sword Draw (right leg crossed in front, band in right hand—curtsy lunge & press up)

Hops over band

Seated Row, Band Hooked on Arches

Band “U” Quick feet

Pushup w/ Resistance

Hops Over Band

Frog Push, On Back/Band Hooked On Heels & Push Feet

Band “U” w/ Quick Feet
