Today I will have you doing a multitude of exercises that work EVERYTHING!

- Weighted Rainbow
- Weighted Burpee
- Diagonal Squat Press (left to right)
- Weighted Plyo Jumps
- Diagonal Squat Press (right to left)
- Weighted Pike
Drink
- Weighted Double Arms Swings
- Weighted Double Arm Plyo Swings
- Weighted Right Arm Swings
- Weighted Left Arm Swings
- Weighted Burpees
- Weighted Row Press
- Weighted Row Press (other arm)
- Weighted Pike
