THE CHALLENGE WORKOUT

Equipment Needed: Mat, Weights & Gymboss or Stopwatch

 

Hello CoreCampers,

Today I will have you doing a multitude of exercises that work EVERYTHING!

Remember that we post videos the night before so you can check out the form, and warmup prior to the workout.  Give it your all CoreCampers and enjoy THE CHALLENGE!

Exercises That We Will Be Doing:

  1. Weighted Rainbow
  2. Weighted Burpee
  3. Diagonal Squat Press (left to right)
  4. Weighted Plyo Jumps
  5. Diagonal Squat Press (right to left)
  6. Weighted Pike

Drink

  1. Weighted Double Arms Swings
  2. Weighted Double Arm Plyo Swings
  3. Weighted Right Arm Swings
  4. Weighted Left Arm Swings
  5. Weighted Burpees
  6. Weighted Row Press
  7. Weighted Row Press (other arm)
  8. Weighted Pike
