We have worked with hundreds of young ladies, teaching them to have a healthy relationship with food and how to make exercise fun.  Your daughter will look forward to this time and you will see her focus shift from getting skinny to getting STRONG!

Our "FITGIRL" program is for ages 9-18 and your daughters will always be working with a female coach.  We believe this leads to a more interpersonal interaction and valuable mentor relationship.

Each session is 1 hour long & will vary from fun exercise sessions in the park, to healthy food prep ideas to even trips to the grocery store.  This is the program you wish you had as a young girl--get your daughter on a healthy path that will lead her to being a healthy adult!
