Equipment Needed: Mat, Weights & Gymboss or Stopwatch
This is a great total body challenge that I know mixes two our our favorite training styles. We want you do 2 minutes of cross punches, then immediately to 2 minutes of reverse lunges and kick (alternate legs). Please do these two exercise three times.
