Hops Over Band

Seated Killer Abs Seperating Band

Forward & Back Hops Over Band

Band Around Feet, Push Feet Out

Fence Jumps Over Band

Hook Band On Right Foot, Push Foot Back

Skates Over Band

Hook Band On Left Foot, Push Back

180 Jumps Over Band

5 Upright Rows/5 Second Holds
