1. Kindergarten Chair Squat
2. Bear Crawls
3. Froggie pushups
4. Froggie Jumps
5. Flying Airplanes (up for 5 seconds, rest for 2)
6. Crabby kicks
7. Straight plank swims
8. Bikes
9. Crouch to Jack
10. X abs
11. Forward lunges
12. Straight plank Reaches
13. Reverse lunges
14. Reverse plank kicks
15. Quick feet
