HI HATER WORKOUT

Equipment Needed: Mat, Weights & Gymboss or Stopwatch

 

Hello CoreCampers,

This workout is for all of the people who have told you that you can’t do something.

Show them what you got!!! Good luck & have fun!!!

Exercises That We Will Be Doing:

  1. Standing Rotation with weight
  2. Lunge Jump to Squat Jump
  3. Lawn Mower (R) -- Row with rotation
  4. Lawn Mower (L)
  5. Burpee to Tuck Jump
  6. Weight low to high chop
  7. Jump Press -- pushing weights up
  8. Weight low to high chop, other side
  9. T Pushup
  10. Right to Left quick hops
  11. Standing Rotation with both weights

Let me know how you did and as always, don’t sacrifice form for speed!
