Equipment Needed: Mat, Weights & Gymboss or Stopwatch

This workout is for all of the people who have told you that you can’t do something.

Exercises That We Will Be Doing:
- Standing Rotation with weight
- Lunge Jump to Squat Jump
- Lawn Mower (R) -- Row with rotation
- Lawn Mower (L)
- Burpee to Tuck Jump
- Weight low to high chop
- Jump Press -- pushing weights up
- Weight low to high chop, other side
- T Pushup
- Right to Left quick hops
- Standing Rotation with both weights
