LOW IMPACT

This level involves very little jumping, but incorporates multiple body part training into short, efficient workouts.

FAST TRACK

Advanced Level, for those who are looking for a challenge. High Intensity Interval Training meets major Core Training for major results!

WARM-UP

An important part of your workout is your warmup. Long gone are the days where you stretch cold muscles before your workout. We now incorporate “dynamic stretches”.

DESK STRETCHES

Sitting for extended periods of the time is a key contributing factor for Obesity in the United States. Try these under 5 minute desk stretches to stay moving throughout the day.

COOL DOWN

You are most likely done with your workout and now it's time to cool down. Now that our muscles are warm, we can use “static stretches” to elongate and lengthen muscles and to cool down.
