FRIDAY’S CHALLENGE

Equipment Needed: Mat, Weights & Gymboss or Stopwatch

 

Hello CoreCampers,

For today’s challenge we are going to get up to get down. We want to know how long it takes you do 100 turkish getups with one weight. This challenge may seem easy, but it is going to take a total body effort to get through this challenge. Stay with it and fight through the burn. Let me know what you though and what your time was.
