We developed this program for clients who are busy but still want to burn major fat. Do this program 3 times per week, 45 minutes per session and get in the BEST shape of your life. No two classes are the same ... We combine Strength Training with Innovative Core Training, High Intensity Interval Training (Low Impact options given too!), Kettlebell Training, Medicine Ball Training, Resistance Training and more. We measure your progress through Body Fat / Inches measurements and will give you specific goals to reach.

We utilize Pilates / Yoga techniques as well as Balance and Agility exercises to strengthen your Core, lose inches and improve posture.

The Holman Method is fusion of Yoga, Pilates, Balance & Agility Techniques, Muscle Lengthening and Core Strength exercises. This technique has been used by Professional & Collegiate Athletes, Golfers, Fitness Buffs and Everyday People who want a unique way to take advantage of interconnecting muscles for ultimate strength.
