Exercises That We Will Be Doing:
11 Rounds 45:15
- Band in U, Jump over each band rung
- Superman with band
- Band Side Delt Raises
- Quick feet with band separated over head
- Knee Pull Ins with band
- Band Cross Punches
- Squat (separate band), Jump!
- Banded Pushups
- Jump over band, try to do 6" height jump
- Double Tricep Presses with band
- Seated Killer Abs, separating band
