BAND BUTT KICKER WORKOUT

Equipment Needed: Mat, Band & Gymboss or Stopwatch

 

Hello CoreCampers,

 

Exercises That We Will Be Doing:

11 Rounds 45:15

  1. Band in U, Jump over each band rung
  2. Superman with band
  3. Band Side Delt Raises
  4. Quick feet with band separated over head
  5. Knee Pull Ins with band
  6. Band Cross Punches
  7. Squat (separate band), Jump!
  8. Banded Pushups
  9. Jump over band, try to do 6" height jump
  10. Double Tricep Presses with band
  11. Seated Killer Abs, separating band
