Hello CoreCampers,
This challenge is one of our favorites. We want to know how long it will take our fast track Core Campers to do 150 donkey kick/stand up/overhead press. This challenge is going to really make you work. Grab your weights and get to it. Good luck!!!
Exercises That We Will Be Doing:
Donkey Kick, Stand up to Overhead Press
Fast Track = 150
Low Impact = 75
